Returns are only accepted if the incorrect item was shipped. Patterns are not returnable due to copyright laws. If a buyer requests to return an item due to no fault of the Seller, the Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges will be deducted from Buyers refund. There will not be a refund for orders shipped to the address on the order and the order is returned. Orders "Refused" by buyers will not be refunded.

I am a retail supplier and therefore not able to offer items as a wholesale distributor.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your customs authority to determine these additional costs prior to bidding or buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering company or when you pick them up. U.S. merchants are unable to mark merchandise values below the actual purchase price or mark international parcels as "gifts" -- U. S. and international government regulations prohibit such practice. Only U. S. customs forms will be provided with each shipment -- no other certificates will be provided.

Due to the high cost of shipping larger amounts of interfacing, I am not able to offer free shipping on interfacing orders, domestic shipping is included in the price of my interfacing unless stated otherwise. Interfacing will usually be folded in half in order to ship at the most reasonable cost. If you prefer to not have your interfacing folded, please message me and I will create a custom listing with accurate shipping charges.

The USPS is responsible for the delivery and tracking of a package once as a seller I have labeled and dropped the shipment off. I will be glad to help you find tracking information, but sole responsibility for delivery does fall on the USPS. If you would like to insure your order, please contact me for additional information regarding added insurance charges. The buyer is responsible for filing a missing or damaged shipment claim with their local post office.

Patterns with the reduced price shipping option are shipped in first class stamped envelopes using Etsy Labels with a transit number provided by Pitney Bowes. Please note that this transit number is NOT the same as a USPS package tracking barcode number. There may be times where the transit number does not update step-by-step throughout the shipping process, or it may be scanned as delivered when it has not been delivered. Items will usually arrive within 3-5 days after the delivery scan. If you are wanting accurate tracking and faster delivery, please select the shipping upgrade for Ground Advantage service. Also, pattern orders of 2 or more patterns are automatically upgraded to Ground Advantage.

The buyer is responsible for entering correct address at checkout. (I am NOT able to ship to any address other than what is entered at checkout.) If an order is returned to Texas Mom Designs (TMD) and it was shipped to the address entered by the buyer, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges. If TMD elects to refund a returned shipment, the refund given will be less the expense to ship the original order. Refunds will NOT be issued for orders "Refused" buy the buyer.

Free Domestic Shipping is offered on orders of $35 or more and on other items as listed in the description. All items which quality for Free Domestic Shipping will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Ground Advantage. If you would like your order upgraded to USPS Priority Mail, please message the shop for an estimated upgrade charge. Free shipping is not applicable during shop sales. Any shipping charges over USPS published rates will be refunded to the buyer.
